Over the years, I have found the owner to be pleasant to work with. He does great work with jewelry repair. His jewelry tends to be more unique. Overall we prefer to work with him.

I went into this shop a couple days ago and found him to be rude, put out and not friendly,when I asked him if he could help me help with my watches. He did noting and looked at me like why are you still here. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I don't see how he can stay in business with the way he treats his customers especially locals. Thumb down
