I bought a fridge here and they were so easy to work with! Great communication, excellent service. I'll go here first for appliances from now on.
Do yourself a favor, and stay away from the junk brands that the big box stores promote, and give these guys a shot. I received excellent service from beginning to delivery of my new washer and dryer, and I was able to get it in a fraction of the time that any other competitor could offer!
They ordered an OEM part for my 15 year old GE refrigerator and I got it the next day for about the same price as an aftermarket part online. The person I talked to was very nice and knew her stuff! I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I love shopping local. Especially when I get treated like I matter. Thank you so much!
I called for service. When I called several hours later, the service department didn't know anything about my call. I had no hot water.
