Hands down best PT place I’ve been to! John is professional and attentive to the needs of his clients. The staff is accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Everyone there is welcoming and warm the moment you walk in the door. They know you by name! It was above and beyond what I expected of a PT practice.

First Step is amazing! John and his entire team are so knowledgeable and on target with pain management and healing! I was in excruciating pain from Piriformis Syndrome and after the very first session was able to do exercising at home and cut my gabapentin in half! I am now medication free and on my way to a full recovery pain free and back to my normal fitness schedule!
