John runs this place absolutely tip top. His staff is great and they are the real deal to identifying and treating your injury. They work tirelessly to help the patient work towards meaningful rehab. Best around. Be sure to look them up.

I treated at First Step's Brightwaters location for a few months after suffering with severe tendonitis, bursitis and frozen shoulder. While they treat a large number of prosthesis patients, I was never made to feel that I was less important. My chief therapist, John, thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment plan, which he modified according to my abilities/progress. He and his staff are caring, knowledgeable people, with great senses of humor - even after a day of work, I actually looked forward to going there! There were no hassles with insurance, scheduling, facility parking...and yes, my shoulder is better! I left there with an after-care plan and *highly* recommend them.
