Forever 21

This is the first Forever21 where the staff ACTUALLY acknowledges you and greets you and ask if you need help.They are always hard at work filling and folding but Never hesitate to say hello to you. My experiences were mostly in the NYC metro areas and let me tell you,You will NEVER have anyone greet you or acknowledge you in Manhattan stores. They do their best to keep their store well stocked and looking neat and clean,For a store of that capacity that is awesome,Give these people a raise!!

Just could not find one thing in that store that I liked.

Great costumer service !! Love coming here since they always help me find something to wear for special occasions. Really recommend coming here since they are very helpful.

Great selection of clothes and great staff

Poor poor customer service!! Cannot even put in words the amount of hard-time and hassle they put me through when I went to return some items purchased online. I am so done with this brand!
