Looking at their rating here, I should have known better. I called , To ask product availability, On a necklace , For my wife. When I asked if the price I was quoted , Included the warranty, The guy just laughed . These are clearly not professional jewelers nor do they belong in a retail . Environment. Who laughs at a question when the item is almost a thousand dollars? They do. Don't waste your money, Times like these , Plenty of other good companies to give your hard earned money too, That'll appreciate your business.

Cheaply made jewelry. Didnt give me a return because it was bought online. The amount never showed up on my card like they said. I buy something worth 5 hundred then its down to like 100. Over priced, low quality. Terrible customer service.

Spoke with a girl over the phone about an online order I needed to exchange. I made it quick and painless, gave her the item number to see if they had it and they didn't. But from the very beginning she sounded miserable, like she couldn't care less. Was very unfriendly, had an attitude. I thanked her for her help and she hung up as I was thanking her. The call was literally 1 minute 13 seconds.

My fiancee and went to look for wedding bands and the salesman wanted to make a sale but was very unfriendly and wouldn't let me try on the ring that I was interested in, he held the ring high up in the air and when I moved in closer to get a better look he would move further away , didn't like that so we ended up a Kay.
