The planning folks have been very helpful in explaining the building regulations to me. A very professional staff.

Had me drive all the way to burien for a marriage license, got there and they had no idea what I was talking about. Reception just sends you across the metropolitan, wasted over an hour driving there and going through metal detection and standing in line. Once I get to burien, they tell me it's just down the street from Renton city hall on Grady way. Dominoes is more professional than these people.

My family has lived in Renton for a hundred years + and it's only getting worse. Renton is not maintaining it's city image and it's horrible when you start entering areas like Fairwood. It's the armpit of the area. I am moving to Redmond/Bellevue once some funds accrue.

I had a misunderstanding with a situation and was treated like I was stupid. I needed a time extension form for my ticket. I didn't know they didn't offer those.nI had arrived on the 3rd floor to ask for the paper. I approached the clerk... whom treated me like I was dumb after I had asked for this form. I wish I had her name, because what a degrading person. If you want to be treated like crap go to the Blonde lady that deals with ticket payments on the 3rd Floor.nShe will talk down to you when you don't know what you're talking about instead of pointing you in a correct direction.nMaybe you guys should hire people that don't treat others like they're stupid for asking questions. I'd put zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. I left in tears.
