I have used the transportation center for months. I'm a college student and all last semester corning transport got me to class and back to corning, every day, no problem. I just started school back up and was supposed to take the 9:35 bus up to the school to catch my class this morning. Mind you, this schedule is still up on the website. well, apparently the whole schedule has changed, there are less runs to the college, and I'll now be missing my class this morning, my first week of these classes at that. I am very disappointed with this.
Went to get my bus tickets reissued as Ny trailways said they could do it and a manager refused to do it twice if you can't do anything maybe you should stop selling bus tickets
Staff is friendly and professional
