If I could give zero stars I would. If given an issue, their reply has been “not our problem”. Apparently they can do anything without consequences.

Thank you for not doing your job.nThank you for unlawfully suspending my license. A ticket I paid 9 years ago, unfortunately I have no proof of it being paid. You lost track of some paperwork when making some updates and I had to pay a fine twice! After paying it the 2nd time to avoid losing my license, paid well before the due date and you failed to send over the documents to the DMV to remove the scheduled suspension. I absolutely enjoyed going back and forth with you and the DMV today. All because you didn’t do your job right the first time!
