I’ve stopped in several times. The first time I thought it was a fluke that they opened over half an hour late. The second time, I waited and it happened again. The third time they were open, (because I waited until 10:15 to show up) but I stood waiting for the clerk to stop shooting the bull with an another employee. Don’t get me wrong, once I had her attention, she seemed really nice and polite. BUT, Here I sit for the fourth time. I’ve had time to check my messages, respond to a few and write this review. The only person around is the guy cleaning the desks. If someone had at least show up at some point I would have given them an extra star. They really need to hire reliable staff. Update: the guy cleaning the desk finished all the cleaning, before asking if I was waiting for the clerk. (Mind you, he was standing right there when I stood at the window and rang the bell) she finally showed up. I only waited half an hour. If these were my tickets, I’d have paid the damn things off, just so I don’t have to come back. Wal-mart has better customer service.
Clerk told me to shut up on the phone try to go show up and then she closes the door on my face. And said she was closing for the day. Wow is all i have to say, This office is a joke!!
keep getting answering machine during buisness days and normal times. how am i supposed to right a wrong if they wont answer the phone
