Based on the other reviews, some things may be off here. But I've never been here personally and don't anticipate a visit in the future. Being a governmental location, I assume it's kept clean. Very centrally located.
There is a reason this place is so lowly rated. They are some of the rudest people you will ever have the displeasure of speaking to. Do not try to call them to get info they will just hang up on you. They pull up tickets from over 10 years ago, they must really need money. There is no justice here just greedy people.
Thank you for not doing your job.nThank you for unlawfully suspending my license. A ticket I paid 9 years ago, unfortunately I have no proof of it being paid. You lost track of some paperwork when making some updates and I had to pay a fine twice! After paying it the 2nd time to avoid losing my license, paid well before the due date and you failed to send over the documents to the DMV to remove the scheduled suspension. I absolutely enjoyed going back and forth with you and the DMV today. All because you didn’t do your job right the first time!
The judge and d.a really do make decisions on every case seperatly almost like they don't get along the greatest do to which laws are relevant to each individual so I will say one of faster more throw court systems in the area unlike bath or town of Elmira where you can expect to be there for hours just remember tickets at 8 am and major traffic offences at 10 am
