Horrible service in this store. I was in the Rome, NY store looking at a recliner in need of 2. Gentleman checked his computer and told me he didn't have any in stock. He them checked other stores and told me the Oswego store had 3 in stock. Sent to the store and the lady didn't bother to check her computer and told me the Rome store shouldn't have told me anything because she had none in stock. So I went to their website and it started they had 3 in stock absolutely for curb-side pickup. I went back inside to suggest I order that way if she wasn't going to sell them to me and was told it didn't matter of I did that because she didn't have any in stock and she could order some of I wanted. I will no longer be shopping at Big Lots, if I wanted to order something online I would have done so without making the 60 mile round trip.
