Last weekend I hosted a 30th birthday party, weather was looking great and by Thursday, the forecast had changed drastically! I made a quick call to Able and within minutes I had a tent booked and scheduled. They were so very accommodating! Thank you for the great experience, we will definitely use them again! We also got 25 chairs delivered that worked great! Thank you!

A couple weeks ago my mom turned 60, and us kids really insisted on throwing her a party. With everything going on with COVID, we knew it had to happen outdoors. With the help of Able Smith Tents, they delivered us tables, chairs, a tent, and a portable toilet. This company truly went above and beyond! Thanks for helping make my moms party a success!

My daughter decided she wanted a last minute graduation party. I called Able-Smith Tent and they were happy to help! The tables they provided were the nice wooden ones and the black folding chairs were in excellent condition! I am so glad they were able to help out on such last minute notice too! They were great!!

People please read the reviews before booking anything through this place!!! A D- rating through BBB, a yelp review of 1/5 stars. All you need to know!! Don't make the same mistake and cause yourself a massive headache stressing over your event being ruined by this incompetent business.

They were supposed to set up a tent, tables, and chairs on the Saturday before my Son's birthday party which was Sunday. I was told they would be there by 5 pm. When 5:00 came around I began calling, but no answer as they were likely closed for the day. I called non-stop the next morning in hopes that they would answer and get the equipment to us before the 2pm party. They finally answered at 11 am and the woman claimed that the crew was supposed to deliver/set up the day before and she wasn't sure why they didn't. She dispatched a crew with the equipment and the 2 men that delivered it told me that our house was not on their schedule from the day before. The 2 men were polite and set up the equipment fast enough to give us 20 minutes to decorate before people began arriving. When I asked the company if they would compensate me at all for the inconvenience they said they could not (I wasn't asking for a full refund). I had to stay at the house waiting for them all day Saturday for them to not even show up. I should note that this was in July 2017. If their have been ownership or management changes then maybe their reliability and customer service has improved, and yes, I should have written this 3 years ago.
