Josh was a no-call/no-show for a pre-scheduled appointment to discuss an addition we are planning. No response to several phone calls. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional, especially considering the time took off from work for this appointment to sit around and wait...for no one. And yes, I absolutely have the correct business.nnAfter seeing the response from the owner, I do have to say, at the risk of sounding insensitive, that I should not have to call the office to find out why nobody showed up for an appointment. A response to this review was prompt, to say the least, so why would cancelling an appointment not be just as prompt? Somebody should have called me ahead of time to cancel. Period. Very unprofessional still.
Josh did an excellent job remodeling our old bathroom. He was prompt, courteous and was a pleasure to work with. He used high quality materials and his workmanship was first class. Highly recommended
We had an amazing experience with CNY Home Renovations. We had some ideas about how we would arrange the cabinets but Josh had one idea that changed everything. We are very happy with the result. They did an absolutely amazing job.
Great team to work with! I would highly recommend CNY Home Renovations. I had bathroom renovation and kitchen remodeled few months ago and the guys are always on time and friendly. The work is quality and great customer service. We are thinking to redo our bedroom maybe sometime next year and would definitely hire them again. I recommend their team to my family and friends already and they all rave about their home upgrade. Great job and great guys!
No show for pre-scheduled appointment for kitchen cabinet work. Verified the day before that they would be there, told yes they would be there. Day of appointment, they never showed up nor did they call to communicate anything. Not very good for potential customer. Would not recommend nor reach out to again.
