While our physical therapist was solid at his trade, the back office and billing system is troublesome. Once we found out our payments would rise due to the change of the calendar year, we were offered by our therapist to pay with CASH and the bill would be lower. We were told we would be given a retroactive bill at this lowered CASH ONLY price by the front desk. Sadly we found out later this was not the truth, and the corporate billing company denied approving the retroactive bill we were promised by the front desk. In all, we were charged 400 dollars more than promised. We suggest that you take your business else where.

My experience is that these folks know what they are doing, they are professional, and they have great bedside manner. Thank you to the helpful front desk staff as well who manage to help me even when I am stressed out.

I worked at the Epic physical therapy clinic as a volunteer worker. So, I can say I strongly recommend the Epic physical therapy clinic. First of all, all member of the Epic is really friendly. Plus, they are real professional. they are expert about their work. If I have some time, I definitely want to work at the Epic again.
