On Sunday the 29 of September at the Chateaubriand location on old country road I have given my prescription sunglasses to the care of the parking attendant named Zack . He tells me that he will gladly put in the car for me. At the end of the weeding the sunglasses were nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the 2 partners Ian and Chris to investigate the matter ; all I have gotten was a run around. I am completely disappointed with the service I got. Be aware.

Beware!!! My car was damaged when valet parked at Rare 650. Spoke with co-owner Rick. His response was that he was 100% sure it did not happen because his workers told him nothing happened. He was not willing to work with me at all. Very dissatisfied.
