You might remember me from my review about a month ago. Well they have done it again twice since my last review. They lost a package my husband ordered and today lost another package of mine. Maybe it is what is going on with the post office as a whole right now or this office is just downright incapable of delivering things. I would give a zero but I can't post it without at least giving one star.
In spite of the 4 windows from which they can serve customers, only ONE is ever open at this Post Office. Staff are slow, curt and clearly don't want to be there. If you can, I would go to any other post office than this one. It's little wonder USPS is going bankrupt, if not bankrupt already.
This is the second time in past three months that I have not received my package or mail. I usually get one of those emails informing you what will be arriving that day... the photo of some of the mail pieces. Well, did not come that day so I waited another day. No letter that was supposed to be included from NYS DMV. I call the RVC post office. Guess what their answer is? Well I guess you will have to call the DMV. No let me get back to you to look into this, nothing.
These people have no idea what they’re doing. They’re simply lost and clueless. I almost feel bad for them. Complete lack of professionalism and everything gets screwed up. If you need mail forwarded For business purposes, do not go to this branch.
Absolutely horrible service, women I had helping me was texting the whole time she was supposed to be helping me and I didn’t even get the package I was supposed to receive.
