I had the great pleasure of dealing with Mr. Orlando at this SSA office. He was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and guided me to understand what I needed to do to apply. He is truly an asset to this office! I found out that the manager is Ms. Vercellone and hopefully this review will find its way to her desk.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ridiculous. Social security makes an error, takes back payment with no notice, cuts off my money and 5 months later still will not fix the problem and release my payments. I call for help and Customer service is rude, useless and does not want to help. I request a supervisor on multiple occasions and am told someone will call me back and they never do.

I KNOW IT'S NOT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC BECAUSE THIS OFFICE WAS ALWAYS A SLOW MOVING OFFICEnTHE RESPONSE TIME IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND THAT'S OUR TAX DOLLARS AT IT'S BEST GO FIGURE
