So we are in the process of buying a home in Freeport in the middle of this pandemic (terrible timing, i know) but all of my communication with the Freeport building department has been great. I'm in communication with Meshessna and she was awesome to talk to. Even with everything going on she has been extremely helpful. So far my experience with Freeport government employees has been very positive :)

I have been trying to speak with someone at the quality of live office for a few weeks now and have yet to reach anyone. The phone just rings or they leave one on hold until one has to hang up. Very disappointed. The quality of life in the Village leaves much to be desired. It's no longer the peaceful and clean village of 40 yrs ago.
