I rarely write a review, but I can’t let this go without doing so. I have purchased, within this year, a cross for my son, a ring for my daughter and a necklace for my daughters 21st birthday. Not only is the quality the best I’ve seen, but the attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have decided to have Sasha design a ring for myself and I’m excited to see the finished product. I’m sure it will exceed my expectations.

What a wonderful experience I had there! Sam and his son are both awesome and honest businessmen. They were very helpful in helping me pick out a gift. I have also gotten an honest opinion on the value of some of my own pieces of jewelry. I highly recommend Saatchi!

Got my daughters ears pierced yesterday at Saatchi and they were fabulous! So patient with her, took their time to make sure she was comfortable. Even pretended to pierce moms ear as a way to calm my daughter down! So clever. We will definitely be using them again when its time to change her earrings out we will 100% be back to purchase her first pair of earrings!

Go in once, explain problems with 2 rings and a watch. Come back. They take my money. 1 ring fixed. 2nd ring not touched. Watch batter fixed BUT watch faceplate breaks when they let it FALL out of a bag onto the glass counter. Now my watch plate is broken and the 2nd ring is still broken. I come back a THIRD time. Watch plate is fixed with a bad faceplate that doesn't fit the watch well. There is no bevel and things keep getting caught between metal and glass during wear. The ring? Not touched. Again. Even though the diamond that was supposed to go there has already been paid for. I take it all and leave. I am not coming back a 4th time (or 5th or 6th). Thats just insulting.nnYou had a very small list of duties and fees. You charged the fees, but didn't put in the work. Thats not how this relationship works. Keep my measley repair money, you'll never get more from me for a purchase of any kind.
