Appalling customer service.nWe went to Leder's last Saturday. We were buzzed in, but not greeted or even acknowledged when walk entered. The counter person kept his head down concentrating on whatever he was doing. Although we thought it was odd to be completely ignored we patiently browsed waiting for him to finish. After about 10 minutes we realized he had no interest in our business so we approached the door to exit and he buzzed us out without a word. We went to Concord Jewelers on North Park Ave. (next to Cabo). They were friendly, attentive and very professional.
