I’ve always had a wonderful experience at ritz jewelers! My husband bought my gorgeous engagement ring there, so when the time came to buy my wedding ring I knew I was going there! I had an idea of what I wanted, so I went in to try it on. I loved the ring but couldn’t commit just yet! I went back a few more times to try more options and they were never pushy! They let me try on as many options as I wanted and never pressured me into buying it! I finally went back today to make my purchase! The woman there were so sweet and helpful! I am obsessed with my wedding band and engagement ring! They fit perfectly together and I can’t stop staring!! So happy with my experience at ritz. Highly recommend for all jewelry needs!

I was looking for a jewelry store to get my teenage daughter’s ears pierced since she let them close up when she was younger. A friend referred me to Ritz and we had a great experience. Andy and Linda were so friendly and personable and it was so nice to have such warm shopping experience during covid times where we are all wearing masks and keeping our distances. Everything was beautiful and clean and we were very happy. I even got mine done again too!Will definitely be back to search for a special piece for her birthday. Beautiful jewelry, excellent prices, and wonderful people working there!

Excellent customer service by caring employees who go above and beyond to order the products you want and even make modifications to customize. They replaced a missing stone from a ring I bought elsewhere so it was wearable again.

Today marked my third visit to Ritz Jewelry and it was my third visit leaving very satisfied. This is the only place in the valley to take your watch for any maintenance or repair. Robert is extraordinarily knowledgable in his craft and runs a fair business. I would trust him with any of my watches or jewelry that need tending to!
