I received a lovely ceramic tea holder from here as a birthday gift, but unfortunately, when I opened the box, it was shattered (by no fault of Protass). I brought it back to the store and the extremely sweet ladies working there replaced it cheerfully, no questions asked. I took a few minutes to look around while I was there and saw that they have some really beautiful and unique pieces. I will definitely be back both for the products and the customer service!

I am a consistent customer for gifts for friends and family. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Eileen is Especially helpful. I recommend this store. It a gem without having to head to a Shopping Mall.
