Placed order through Amazon. Week later still hadn't shipped. Called to cancel. I was sent a form letter email stating that they were within Amazon guidelines. Now, that maybe true but the product will not arrive in time and I don't want it. Silence from them. Called Amazon support. Amazon tried to call but they wouldn't answer. What a joke. I guess they will be issuing a refund in November. Losers!
