Would not recommend. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. They are money hungry and will rip you off. Very bad overall experience. I get stores have rules, but they need to tell you them. They hope you don’t read the fine writing. That is very sneaky. I returned their equipment which can and will be used on other parties. They NEVER told me I needed to return the next day. If they would of told me I needed to return the next day I absolutely would not have agreed to that. My deposit should of been given back. Seriously next day return regardless is obnoxious. Tell your customers and be honest!! I am not the first that has had this problem that posted and I am sure there were many more ppl that just didn’t give a review. It’s all good. Be aware. Have fun with your $50, you just lost a lot more than that!!!!!!nnGood point!!!nMore the reason to give the deposit back, being it was a school event!! I am on the PTA and do this for the kids to raise money for special programs. You basically took $50 from an elementary school.
