Except for the fact that they keep changing everything are it is fine. The staff are friendly & helpful. One night the cashier made sure someone walked me out to my car, I guess there were some security issues. But I would not have know if she hadn't mentioned it.

Took my ring for a cleaning and they completely removed the black plating. I didn't find out until months later when visiting family that the plating was supposed to be there. I wish I had been asked first by the jeweler considering this was from my late grandmother-in-law.
