Old Olcott Beach Fire Station

Best food in Olcott! Everything is fresh and homemade. Great cozy atmosphere. Very friendly bartenders and servers. I recommend the French Onion Sandwich. It's the best sandwich ever! They also have really great chicken and biscuits on Mondays.

Great food and wonderful service. The bartender served our party of six efficiently and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Will definitely come back. Bonus perk: there's a jukebox.

I was at the restaurant two weeks ago, on a Friday evening, just before 5pm.InThere were no customers. We were a party of three. The sign said seat yourselves so we did. A waitress (middle aged, ponytail) then told us we couldn't sit at that table because the waitresses were assigned to tables and our waitress was not assigned to that table. We then sat at a four sided table with three chairs. We moved one chair out from against the wall to have more room, and were told to put it back because we would block the way for the waitress. I repeat we were the only customers. They have daily specials til five o'clock. At exactly five we were placing our order and were told that we could not have the special pricing. They had to draw the line somewhere.nI will say the fish was good and a huge portion. The fries were over cooked and soggy.nThe younger waitress we did get was fine, but it took 30 minutes to get 3 fisheries and again we were the only customers. I won't be back.

They need WAY more employees or better training, waited over an hour for food because the cooks placed the orders in wrong order, waitresses struggled to figure out which salad goes to what table, after waiting an hour for food the order was messed up, waited too long for the check as the waitresses were yelling to each other from other sides of the restaurant... Didn't even get the check had to go up to the counter after waiting 20 minutes after they cleared our table. In total spent 2+ hours for a 15 minute meal, DON'T go here if you're on a time schedule....

Food is great... prices are decent and the service is perfect. We will definitely be visiting again!!!
