Usually I love Joanne's! Tonight I was not impressed at all. Sorry the security guard was a thug. No greeting, no smile. Nothing even when I said hello. Just a stern scowl. How welcoming is that? I almost tuned right around. Then to top things off the email buy one get one free was only valid yesterday? Didn't say one day only at all. I even showed the check out gal my email. Hoping that a manager would be called. Didn't happen. What was supposed to be buy on get one free was only 25% off and the other coupon I had for an additional 20% off was only for online orders. Though it very clearly didn't say that! Again, I asked for a manager but she was spouting orders at the few staff that all had mega lines. As a very, very long term customer and loyal to Joanne's... Michaels is looking like I'll be visiting soon. Really too bad.
I was shopping for fabric to repair our couch and MaryBeth and the staff were super helpful, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend for all fabric needs!!

Every time I attempt to make an online purchase there is a problem of some kind for unknown reasons. They explained there is a problem with their website. I have had to request a refund twice. They take the money, but when I attempt to pick up my merchandise they have no record of my purchase.
