I wish there were more companies like Insight Pest Solutions. We received a visit from Will N. telling us they would be servicing some of our neighbors homes and would we be interested. His timing was perfect as we've had an usually large amount of sugar ants this year that we can't seem to get rid of. But what really sold me was how polite, friendly, and knowledgeable Will N. was, he wasn't pushy just sincerely wanted to be helpful and let me know about their service and a great deal too.nThen a few days later on the date of our scheduled service Brennan F. arrived from Insight Pest Solutions. He too was polite, professional, efficient, friendly, & knowledgeable. Wore a mask and covers on his shoes while in our home, took pride in his work, and did a job well done! I truly appreciate Insight Pest Solutions for hiring such fabulous employees like Will & Brennan. If you need any type of pest control service this is the company to call, you will not be disappointed.
Never thought I would think so highly of a pest control business but these guys have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. After months of unsuccessful attempts to rid our house of ants, we had one of Insight Pest Solutions salesmen come to our door. He was honest and upfront about their pricing and policy, wasn't pushy, and got us set up with an appointment.nnThe technician we worked with was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Didn't feel any issue letting him into the house to work his magic. We went from tons of ants to no ants over night.nnWhen, a few weeks later, we had a few ants show back up, I called Insight Pest Solutions and they had a technician back at my house within days. Again, the technician was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They didn't charge me anything for the second visit.nnI would recommend Insight Pest Solutions to any of my friends or neighbors. Great experience. My tech, Tom Barlow polite, respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable about his company and their products. Made me feel very comfortable after sharing safety data sheet information. And he did a good job covering all areas of concern. I am glad i have this service for a year! Thanks insight!
I have to say that Insight is pretty amazing! We were previously using another major pest control company for over 3 of the years we've owned our home. Good results but they came out every other month and we we're charged over 100$ each visit.nInsight does an initial device for everything and then the visits are quarterly. We have not had to call them in between the services. Which is awesome! That shows they know what their doing for everything to be all good for 3 months.nShout out to Troy!! He's super friendly and easy to talk to. I feel like I've known him forever! He is definitely a cool dude! I love that the people who work for Insight are so friendly and have such aweome customer service!!nWish I could give more that 5 stars! ud83cudf1f
