An Eastern European lady works here and she likes to bark at people for no reason at all, so watch out. The manager was cooperative tho.
Laurie - an employee here and sometimes fills in at Winton Road - would be unemployable anywhere else. Time and time again I watch how mean she is to people. Just plain mean. She is obviously disturbed in some way but the general public is unable to help that. I feel bad for her but she should not be customer facing. She is a nasty person.
November/December 2020nVery poor atmosphere. There’s one woman at the front desk during the day who has messed up shipping envelopes, and has been absent regularly during customer rushes...leaving the other worker to do most of the work and lines. Every time I go there I notice this. Today the other worker was seemed fed up and took it out on customers/my girlfriend. So I got to hear about that after working all day...just do your jobs. I do mine.
I've never had a bad experience here. These people are on the front lines.
I worked with Norda and she was amazing! I got my passport picture, money order, and envelope all prepped and completed within 20 minutes (all while additionally helping other customers). She made this process so easy. She made sure I had all the appropriate documentation and pieces I needed. She was very knowledgeable and amazingly friendly.
