It took him 20 minutes to replace the battery in my watch. At one point he said he was going to have to send it out to be repaired. I have had this Fossil watch for 5 years and have never had anyone struggle with this simple task. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he almost charged my card $55.00 instead of $5.50. I just gave him cash to be safe.

Have worked with these guys before and had good experiences. Have to give them a 3 today tho because i left work to stop and look at jewelery, website said they were open until 6 on fridays, but when i got here at 5 they were closed...

Wonderful experience. Rehomed an array of jewelry from heirloom to contemporary. Nice to know they will go on to be enjoyed by others. Will definitely return!
