Being totally dissatisfied with my current agency for auto and home insurance I decided to explore my options. I found the Ryan Bush State Farm Agency online. After a little research I gave them a call. I was connected with Jeff D. and discussed my needs. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products they offered and gave me an immediate estimate over the phone. Jeff followed up the next day with additional coverage at a lower price he was able to put together. I was extremely comfortable with Jeff's presentation and decided to commit with State Farm. When I visited the Agency to sign papers and have auto pics taken, I was warmly received and introduced to all. Ryan Bush make a point of meeting me and was able to explain in detail any concerns I might have.nIf you want an Exceptional Agency and Agent, Ryan Bush State Farm comes with my total recommendation. An absolute pleasure to work!

My wife and I recently bought our first home so we had to go through the daunting process of shopping for homeowner's insurance. We had shopped around for quotes and were almost ready to make a decision when we decided to check with State Farm. We worked with Adrienne who is AWESOME. She made the entire process so quick and painless and explained everything to us in terms we understood. Adrienne was very responsive, friendly, and professional the entire time. We ended up saving a good chunk of money by bundling home and auto compared to what the competitors offered - very happy to be back with State Farm!

I met with Ryan and my first impression of him and the office staff was a very friendly, warm atmosphere. As State Farm customer myself, I know first hand the customer service experience I have received at other insurance companies! I never felt the sincerity and felt like another “number.” Hands down, State Farm always gave me 100% customer satisfaction and service that made that personal connection so important. Even coming to Ryan’s office, right away, I felt very welcomed and confident in their abilities to talk to their clients and build long lasting relationships. Very professional atmosphere and I would recommend working with them. They certainly go out of their way for clients to help find the best interest of their needs. 5 stars!!
