An up to date very clean and tidy store. Ilove going there the staff gives excellent customer experience. And they are very knowledgeable about the products that they offer.
I never thought I would vape mostly because I didn't understand how it works and thought it was complicated until I stopped into the Penfield store and spoke with Gretchen. She was so inviting and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain things and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. When I left I felt confident. She was extremely nice and made the experience exciting. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be back thanks to Gretchen. She for sure is a gem to this company.

Love their fluids. Great taste. Customer service is above and beyond. The girls are so pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products. Especially Gretchen.
