Very pleasant staff and very helpful with any questions we had
Everyone there is very friendly and give you as much time and help as you need. Have been there before, will purchase what we need now and will return in the spring for our next purchase.
I worked with Brian at Wills Carpet One. He seemed very polite and professional. They installed new carpets in my house. The price was a little higher than I expected, but they did a great job and the carpets are amazing. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring job you have. They used a 3rd party company out of Castile to install the carpets, and they did a fantastic job with the install.
Wills Carpet One is awesome to work with. They handle every customer like they are there only customer. They are very professional and easy to work with. If there is a problem they take care of it promptly. I use Wills Carpet One on several jobs and and I am pleased to be able to work with them
We just had new carpeting installed in our downstairs family room. The carpet was actually replacing carpet that Wills installed more that 25 years ago. It looks fantastic and we so happy. On the original day that they came to install the carpet the installer noticed a tiny bit of water near the wall due to receiving an inch and half of rain the day before. He suggested that we delay the install date. We took up his suggestion and repaired the wall and they were so accommodating trying to squeeze us in prior to a large install that they had coming up. They have helped us with many rooms over the years and we are very satisfied. I personally would never use a box store for something as important as your home’s flooring.
