The employees are always nice and helpful.nThe book buy back is a rip off though. I don't understand why a student pays so much money for the book(s) and then when they return the book(s) in pristine condition they pretty much get scraps for them .
They always have people there ready to help! Love the order online and pick up in store option!
Friendly and helpful staff. Never really looked at things other then school books, but I know there is more to them then just that. So check them out if you need things for classes.
The staff is always so nice and willing to help. Bring an official schedule or more preferably your syllabi for faster service.
