Great customer service
The inside customer service is great, the employees are very nice. The ATM machine outside is broken frequently. Sometimes I go to the ATM on the weekend and I am just left unable to get my money until Monday. The ATM was broken on Sunday 6-30-19 at 8p.m., so now I have to leave work early today Monday to get money from the inside ATM because I do not know if the outside ATM is still broken. This has been happening more often and I am really considering changing to another credit union because of this issue.
Great Costumer service and I am moving money from my other bank. I have been in dozens of times and never had a bad experience
Maria Barron was SUPER SUPER helpful, very in depth when it came to explaining the ins and outs of my account and loan questions, she is definitely a very genuine person, I think every wsecu should have a Maria working in it!
I don't know how anyone could have a negative experience with WSECU or this branch in particular. Try banking with Bank of America or alike and you'll be begging for the service they provide here. WSECU is fantastic for all my financial needs.
