Spoke to the owner twice with a promise of a call back with some additional information and 5 weeks later, no response. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Brady Floor-Works does absolutely fantastic work. We had a 100+ year old floor (4 rooms and hall ways totaling over 1500 square feet) recently restored and another 2000+ square feet of new oak hardwood flooring installed. The finish on the floors is outstanding - I have had several finish carpenters and contractors just gush when they saw the work of Mike Brady and his team. I personally have never seen a better job of restoration or new installation work. Obviously, my wife and I are very happy with his work.nnThe logistics of the job worked out extremely well - they know how to plan a large project and meet the schedule.

Returned my first phone call and scheduled a day to come out and provide an estimate. Failed to show up without a phone call and never returned my follow-up call to reschedule.
