*on rating is for Charles R Drew aka 148 jr high school circa 1986-1988 best Jr High in the neighborhood. Teacher were ok some way better than others but guidance counselor and programs were very helpful.

I highly recommend NOT attending this school. Why? This school is TRASH. The teachers can't teach there properly for nothing and the gym teacher Mr. Goldstein has a terrible attitude towards the students along with other teachers. I'm a freshman at that school but I'm transferring to a better school. Another thing that school has no activities what so ever, the school isn't kept clean, there's barely any trips and the gym and weight room are way to small with trash in it. I barely got an education from this school. Don't go to this school unless you want to be flipping burgers on the grill at mc Donalds when you graduate. Not that there's anything wrong with that... Also the guidance counselar can't do his job he gave me the wrong information. I love my friends there but I hate the school so that's why I'm transferring out. Maybe but I doubt it the school will get better.

My daughter will start Monday on the 18, in the 9th grade and staff r kind and humble and very professional for my second incounter for the last two days to inroll my daughter in the school . So far so good in the school helping me.so good communication with parents.

It keeps me up to date when traveling
