Parkchester tremont parking

I had to call the police in order to get my car out of this awful lot. The attendant who took my keys the night before put a later pick up time and when I arrived the morning attendant refused to retrieve my vehicle. I waited for an hour and eventually had to call the police. The attendant repeatedly told us it was not his problem and that I should come back after 9am. I arrived at 6:15 am. A friend who was with ended up having to spend $80 on a cab in order to get to work. P.s they are an essential worker at a hospital. The utter disregard-- park your car elsewhere!!! There is another lot right across the street.

Depending on the worker, they're really nice. There have been a few incidents, it's best if you have good insurance because it is an uncovered parking lot. There is a scraggly black and white cat who takes residence in the main office. He's my favorite.nnEverytime I leave my car and THEY move it, something goes wrong with my tires. It's hella annoying.

Friendly owner

Been parking my car for it’s company for year. They have a night stuff black guy who works. He has a very bad nasty attitude. Everytime he gives me change he throws it on the table. I always ask for the manager for this parking lot and it seems that the workers are always tossing me around coming up at all these crazy excuses about their manager not being around. Saturday on the 23rd of March I went over there to pick up my car because I had the rush to the airport My car was parked in a tight corner but I couldn’t even open up my car door I asked the worker who works night shift to help me pull my car out he walked away and gave me an attitude and suck his teeth. Very hard for me to move my car out but I end up scratching the car next to me because of me pulling out of that little type space and I couldn’t even open my driver side door. I have witnessed the night black guy Have an altercations with three customers. I thought that I was the only one that was bumping heads with him but a lot of people are complaining about him. Very racist man and I feel like you guys need to treat people in them equally especially a customer that’s been parking their car in your garage for over 10 years. Very unprofessional people and Dishonest. I have recordings of him disrespecting me throwing money on the table at me. I will take Action on that. A parking garage you can even contact a manager because the workers in there are covering themselves.
