I'm a monthly parker here. The area I used to park on street, but it is infested with people that have nothing else to do but break into cars, steal hubcaps and antennas from hard working folks cars.Even though it's not a 24 hour garage, you know your car is safe. The lot is patrolled by uniformed guards.

I would give it zero if I could. Due to alternate side parking and many schools parking in the area is hard to find. This is a self park lot and they price gouge you. I paid for my parking at their Laz parking website for a discounted rate. The attendant got snippy with me and did not want to honor my prepaid price. I called the number on the receipt and they said my pass was good-so sorry, of course it should be honored-whatever. Cannot make up for the rudeness! I would pay a parking ticket not to park here again. And the stairway as another review stated was disgusting and smelled like urine.

No parking and too many ppl. I was a backup to move the double parked car if necessary.
