Peopledont wait time on línea and take toomuch time

Needs to be more organized especially during these hard times. Servicing needs to be easier and more helpful. Long line for no reason. Just to get to the door for them to tell u go home and go to the website to make a registration or apply. When you on line there isn't an easy way to search for what u need. It'll always take you to some thing else. Take the drivers test needs to be more organized as well. It'll be better if there was a site to take the drivers test for the time being. And easier ways to get to the website. Many ppl have problems finding exactly what they need when sent to the website. Please adjust these problems ASAP

Poor service

Actually my experience was pretty good it took about 40 to 45 minutes from start to finish including wait times for everything. Depending on how many people are in front of you the longer wait time is getting the actual form to fill out for a new driver's license other than that once you do going back to the ticket window is a quick process and afterwards being called on is also a quick process. Do yourself a favor and check their website first to find out all the documents that you need to bring and bring everything just in case so you don't have to make another trip. One point of confusion for me was that I thought I saw on their site that they're not doing physical eye exams until the spring so I did mine via the Internet from some outfit that the apartment with so I was confused to see an eye chart on the desk of one of the women there.
