Mr. Brady has been extremely helpful with my car and home insurance - he was able to sign me up for a 'safe driver' program through my insurance which saved me a bunch of money.

I was in a serious car accident at the end of January, 2020. He guided though the necessary steps to receive my insurance benefits, including a full vehicle replacement, of my car.

If I can give this man a zero star I would! He is very rude, Neil's customer service was VERY repulsive! I would not recommend anyone doing service with him. Neil was very boisterous and continued to interrupt me as I was speaking, trying to explain something he misunderstood in regards to what I was calling for. I will definitely reach out to a much more reputable insurance company. I was very unsatisfied. Disgusting!
