Mr Gilbreath agreed to a price, and we shook hands on it. When we neared the completion of the job, he asked for payment in full. I obliged, trusting he would come back and finish the stair nose and trim around fireplace. After repeated texts asking him to come back and complete the job, he ignored my multiple texts and now I have to pay someone else to do the job I already paid him to do. I might be willing to rescind a poor review if he would come finish the job, but at this point, I doubt I can trust him to do the job correctly.
