Sunglass Hut

This store is the worst to go to!! Especially if you encounter the female employee. She makes you feel unimportant. She is not friendly at all! And she is not wearing a mask at all!!! Don't go to this store! Keep your money!! I have some returns that I needed to do, i have my receipts and everything and she refused to help me. She gave the vibe that she doesn't want to help me in the beginning.

Rude and massless employees who don’t value the time of their customers. I had to return a pair of sunglasses from another location and did not know I had to print out my emailed receipt. When I returned to the store with a printed copy, I was told that the woman who could help me had “stepped out” and I was made to wait 30 mins before she returned with an Adidas shopping bag. Awful experience and would rather drive to another location or go into NYC

Totally unprofessional female employee! She was very rude, arrogant and SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK! The only reason I got the sunglasses was because they were sold out online and this was the only store nearby that had it. Sunglass hut should really step up their game and get rid of such employees.

heads up you need print out of your receipt for returns as they do not consider e-receipt as a proof of purchase. Yes that’s BS.nI purchased a pair of prada from this location and went in to return it for which obviously the lady said there are scratches on it and could not return but exchange. In my best memory I have not put the glasses once but still it has scratches. Check your product before purchasing it.
