This place is good and fast. The receptionist Awilda is very nice and helpful. She guaranteed me that I would have my test results on time and she went out of her way and called me and made sure that I had received it. I do recommend and I will be going back.

Avoid this place by all means! My husband got charged $120 for picking up his blood results. They did a sneaky move on him by having him to come by the office in person and charged him as he had a doctor's visit. I was supposed to have my wellness exam here but canceled immediately. Find another place that would be more transparent with charging their patients.

Really nice, professional, clean. I came for a rapid test and it was quick and painless! I'm slightly annoyed because it's been 5 days since taking the test and I still have no results. I tried calling but it's all automated. Ultimately just upset because I was promised results next day and still have heard nothing.

The facility itself is fine for urgent issues. I also used it for a annual checkup and the experience has been a mix bag. I have been requesting reports since my annual test but they wouldn’t provide it. When i asked in person i was told it will be uploaded on the portal, it’s not there even after couple of months. Very disappointed. The admin team is very difficult to reach. I might change my provider.
