Super nice doctor, but non-existent follow up. Basically a huge waste of money and time as I didn't receive any treatment. He took a culture that should have given results in two days, to decide if I needed antibiotics for a severe sinus infection. Six days later I have no results. I called the office and they can't find my results either. But I am sure they didn't forget to bill my insurance.

I had to write a review when I saw that Dr. Tan didn't have any. He deserves the highest rating; he's not only a diligent and accomplished doctor but also a genuinely kind and empathetic person. The modern healthcare machine is generally calibrated more in favor of profits than patients, so it's nice to see that vestiges of a more compassionate time remain. The location is also very pleasant and convenient, and accessible by public transportation.

Dr. Tan is a wonderful doctor. Conservative with medicating, always thorough.
