Dr. Heifler and his receiving staff are phenomenal. But I had an unpleasant encounter with his nurse. Found her to be brusque, pushy, didn't listen when I spoke, barged into the examining room while I was in the middle of changing and left and then barged in a second time without waiting to hear if I was ready and had no bedside manner. She didn't explain anything she was doing and never made eye contact. I will be avoiding her if she is there when I go back for my 6 month follow up.

Used to see Dr Heifler years ago, was sad to no longer have him as my primary and recently moved back to NJ. Even though I drive almost an hour I don't mind because he's such a great doctor who's very attentive, caring and has a great bedside manner. I never feel rushed and the staff is nice and friendly as well!

Dr. Hiefler is not only a great man but an even better doctor. I had an emergency and he made time in his very busy schedule to see me. The experience was amazing and I was taken care of in the most cost efficient way. I’m grateful to have Dr. Heifler and would recommend anyone looking for a great doctor to see him.

Dr. Heifler saw me in April during the peak of the pandemic when I was sick. He was open and the staff was ready, prepared and friendly. He prescribed medicine and called me every day until I was better. He is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Heifler is great, I have nothing negative to say about him other than he needs better staff. The front desk staff is extremely rude. I have been going to this office for several years, the treatment I receive by the front desk has consistently been terrible. For such a small office it is surprising that they make you feel as if they are going out of their way to be jerks. After my phone interaction with the office staff today it is apparent that this behavior will never get better so it is time to search for a new primary care.
