If I could I would give this office a zero. But I can’t do that. The staff is terrible, I had made an appointment two weeks ago to find out that my appointment was magically put to another date. How is that because I don’t recall calling and changing the initial date? On top of that because of COVID-19 they have patients waiting outside and I have a newborn baby. My question is why couldn’t they let me in, in there waiting area were they have chairs so I can sit in there office where it’s hot and not cold for the sake of my baby. I’m done with this office. The doctor can be nice but if you ask too many questions she snaps at you. Gives you an attitude like you are supposed to know everything she’s talking about. This is supposed to be a pediatric office.

Staff is so rude and imposible to communicate with, does not care about patients, everyone is so negative and will make everything hard for you. Cannot believe this is a pediatric office. Shame on them.

I took my daughter from being sick for more then 2 weeks and from taking her to her regular dr 3times and no signs of getting better.... finally a friend of mine recommended dr. Pando. I took her and she was very kind to see her and asked the right questions about her health and prescribed the right medication that my child was 100% in 3days and hasn't gotten sick since and it's been 3months since ud83eudd1eud83dude4f

I would give her zero star. Awful experience and staff very rude. She doesn’t even deserve to be called a doctor. She is not really interested in the patient. Zero stars AWFUL!!
