Nice and long needed. Glad to see they incorporated local art and historical signage. Happy that there's no charge on weekends. But three out of five floors being permit parking only? Seems pretty excessive. And yes, the parking spots are extremely tight.
You still pay at the meters so there's less hassle than dealing with tickets and cashiers. No charge on weekends or after 7 on weekdays. Right in down town close to High Street. Also nice view from the top floor.
Right near downtown area on a back street.nParking slots are a bit tight for a relatively new garage.nReasonable price but payment machines are lousy especially during bad stormy days when wireless system can be knocked out of service.

Lovin Dover's first real parking garage. Its very cheap $0.50/hour. Has 5 levels, is in the center of town and its safe since its connected to the new Police Station.
