I had an issue with something I ordered being sent to Derry instead of Londonderry. Long story short, Penny is an absolute life saver! She defines great customer service. They are really lucky to have her!
The service is terrible I look at my tracker for my FIRST CLASS PACKAGE and it says they’re holding it at customer request, problem I did NOT request my package to be held and the phone number is a joke, absolute bottom of the barrel. Do people not realize mail delivery is essential and should be taken seriously? Absolutely ridiculous.
My mail carrier is either the laziest person on Earth or is unable to remove themself from the seat of their vehicle. I am so tired of having to try to remove items shipped tome that are carelessly and thoughtlessly jammed in t I'll my mail box. I had to replace the post in the fall because they just kept pushing so hard it knocked it over. Is it so hard to do the job that they get paid for?
The sad little sheeple here are terrified of a citizen holding a camera even though they have a stack of security cameras overhead! How pathetic. They refused service because of their total lack of understanding of the USPS rules as per Poster 7. Shame
Long Story Short I ordered a Christmas Gift for my baby brother on Ebaynand it was left here for pre shipment on the 14th of December it is now the 21st and it hasn't moved a single spot and its still in its pre-shipment stage. I ordered another Xmas Gift for friend that's suppose to go to Utah, its was in Ohio and is now in Pennsylvania for those who see this and needs a geography lesson that's away from Ohio and Utah.nhere is the thing with USPS they will do whatever they feel like with your package, I have seen this time and time again were USPS will not even try to deliver your package unless they feel like it. I waited almost a month for a package to deliver. Its sad that a huge corporation that runs a delivery service is lazy and slow as it is. I'm Genially a patient person who can wait but when nothing happens and no one cares for a set given period of time I get mad
